This client needed a solution to efficiently manage the working of various sections of the office.

The Challenges
The client was facing issues with the management of tasks like Leave Record, Pay-Bill and Schedules of all the employees. The Service Record of the employees had been manual from years. It was difficult to search details of employee and integrated related records. Hence, they wanted to eliminate complexity and improve service levels throughout their network of integrated sections and thereby improving accuracy and enhancing planning.

The Solution
Prazact Technologies evaluated client’s manual working and developed plans to optimize them. It started with the thorough assessment of registers and reports and ended-up with a solution strategy optimized for the client’s network. Each section had its own way of working and complexity grew with years. To simplify this, a modular strategy was planned and the solution was planned to be delivered in phases.
